Beep Insights is the all-in-one platform that helps athletes improve their performance, reduce injuries, and train smarter.
Beep integrates with Garmin’s sport wearables, Oura and Iphone.
Beep provides real-time insights into your body’s chemical signals, via a small biosensor that detects your glucose levels and transmits the data to Beep via Bluetooth. Beep then combines that data with the data from your sport wearable into one comprehensive and visually intuitive graph for a holistic view of your body’s performance.

Time from peak to activity shows the time span between your highest glucose (peak before activity) and the beginning of an activity.
