We understand that everyone’s body is different, so we don’t provide training programs or tell you what to eat. Instead, we give you the data you need to make your own informed decisions.

Your body can use fat as its primarily energy source during low intensities. But at higher intensities, your body will need a faster energy source like glucose. So if you’re an athletes it’s simple. GLUCOSE = ENERGY. So if you want to hit ny PR’s glucose is the key.

Glucose peak before activity shows your highest glucose value within three hours before activity. Time from peak to activity shows the time span between your highest glucose (peak before activity) and the beginning of an activity. As an athlete, you can use these two metrics to find your optimal fueling window.
